For computers and monitors, please make sure to include all foam and/or bubble wrap back into the original box so that the product does not get damaged on return shipping. For Gaming PCs, please be sure to include the form fitting foam that protects the graphics card. If for any reason you lost any of the original packaging please contact our customer support team for our best suggestion to get the product shipped back undamaged. We check serial #’s for all products shipped. Please do not try to return an item that is not the same serial # that we shipped you.
