56" wide so I am guessing it is 100% wool and not a blend, but I sure could be wrong.  So if you are going to be happy either way, please bid.  If you are not, please do not bid.  Life's too short to be unhappy and we are not accepting returns during retirement transition.  So do not purchase and then try to return for not as described.  Just don't bid.  

If memory serves correctly, 56" wide goods stopped being manufactured in the late 60s
