We ship using Turkish Post Priortiy or FEDEX Priority mail for fast shipping that includes tracking.

We cannot change or alter a transaction after you have completed checkout. Your order would need to be canceled and repurchased with whatever changes you needed.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check your item on your country's customs or post office with the tracking number that we uploaded on eBay.

We offer eBay Checkout for all of our eBay listings. Once your offer has been accepted or you have won the auction just click the Pay Now button on the completed listing and you will be taken to the checkout window.

PayPal is our prefered method of payment.

At Cycle Shop, we have a No Hassle return policy. Feel free to return your item for any reason up to 60 days past the close of the auction for a full refund, less shipping. The item must be in the condition it was delivered to you and in the original packaging. Returns of complete bikes, frames, group sets, kits, clothing and shoes will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or an incorrect item, we will pay your return shipping in the form of a pre-paid shipping label in order to correct the error. Please contact us prior to sending the return so that this label can be provided for you.

No restocking fees will be assesed to returns of this nature. For international orders we are not able to provide a prepaid shipping label but we will reimburse your return shipping costs when processing the return.

Important Note About Feedback
