I’m not sure how old it is but it’s likely 20th century. There is a chip on the bottom inside it is in a place where it is not visible. On the hat is a brush mark that kind of looks like a chip but it’s a brush mark I’ve zoomed in on that just for your consideration. It’s a very nice piece that I’ve had up high on a shelf since 2015 and it’s time to let go of some things. Thank you for looking.
