Based on the "LL16" with all veneer, ARE-treated Ingleman spruce TOP and rosewood SIDE/BACK.

Equipped with Yamaha's unique "TransAcoustic" technology, which functions using digital technology, but the sound is pronounced using the acoustic method.

String vibrations converted into electrical signals are transmitted, with effects applied, to an actuator (shaker) installed on the back of the front plate.

The actuator is the heart of the TransAcoustic guitar, and it converts effect signals such as reverb and chorus into vibrations that are transmitted throughout the guitar.

The Trans-Acoustic Guitar is a guitar that can emit effect sounds on its own, without the need for an amplifier or speakers!

Simple and compact design of the control section

Three simple knobs control the volume level of the effects and line out. The control knobs are designed to be compact and mounted inside the body. By minimizing body modifications that affect the sound, the raw sound of the guitar itself is fully brought out.

When connected to the LINE OUT jack, the volume control for the effects on the main unit and the effects on the outputs can be adjusted at the same time.

The reverb type is automatically switched at the 12 o'clock position on the knob.

High-quality live sound of the guitar body

The body of the guitar is based on the L-series, which is made entirely of veneers on the front and back sides. The non-scalloped X-bracing construction of the "L Series" has been further improved with the latest analysis and modeling technology and expert craftsmanship.

Realizes a brighter, yet deeper and richer mid-bass sound. The surface board is treated with A.R.E. treatment, which gives the guitar a rich sound as if it has been played for many years, even though it is brand new. The Trans-Acoustic Guitar is the ultimate guitar designed to resonate with pleasant natural effects.

The neck shape, with attention to detail in the string pitch, string height, fretboard binding, and neck taper, allows the guitarist to play for long periods of time without stress. Equipped with a 5-layer neck made of rosewood and mahogany. Equipped with a double-action truss rod to prevent twisting and maintain stable neck condition.

Newly designed battery box

The newly designed battery box has a simple shape and is mounted next to the endpin jack instead of on the sideboard. This minimizes interference in the guitar body hole and minimizes the effect on the live sound of the guitar. The guitar can be connected to an amp or PA equipment and played as an electric acoustic guitar.
