■An all-new musical experience "8K SOUND"

8K is the name of the next generation video standard. The 8K image shows such high-definition information that you can even see the texture of a person's skin.

In the conventional standard, a process such as emphasizing the outline creates a sense of high definition, but in the 8 K video, the number of pixels is 16 times higher than in the current standard, increasing the quality of the image with an overwhelming amount of information and eliminating the need for production.

The same was true for sound quality tuning, which generally involved emphasizing the high frequencies for better resolution, or emphasizing the low frequencies for more impact. However, with 8K SOUND, you can feel the original sound texture as it is by thoroughly enhancing the amount of sound information. This new sound is a new musical experience that everyone can experience. But the first time you experience it, you may need to adapt. Just like when you first watch 8K footage, when everything is in high definition, you feel like you don't know where to look. It may be because the image (sound) that is focused somewhere and the rest is background is clearer and easier to understand where to look. But as I focused on some instrument or voice, I couldn't feel it behind the emphasis until now.

■Switching between four modes of noise cancellation/external sound capture

In addition to the usual "noise canceling mode," you can switch to four different patterns: "windcut mode," "listening mode," and "voice-through mode."

"Noise-canceling mode" ・・・ Reduces ambient noise to make playback easier to hear. This is the normal setting.

"Windcut mode" ・・・ Reduces the noise of wind blowing through the earphone's microphone, making it easier to hear the playback sound.

"Listening mode" ・・・ Allows you to hear your surroundings while keeping the volume of music playing. This is a natural external sound capture function that eliminates the unnaturalness of playing small external sounds such as footsteps in a loud way, and is less uncomfortable than when earphones are not worn. You can enjoy music as background music while checking your surroundings while running, working, etc.

Voice Through Mode ・・・ Automatically lowers the music playback volume to make it easier to hear what's around you. This is useful for temporarily listening to outside sounds, such as train announcements. You can talk without removing the earphones.

■Optimum volume adjustment with Volume Step Optimization

When you use it at home late at night at a low volume level, you may not be able to set it to the right volume even if you want to make fine adjustments, or when you use it at a high volume level on a train, you may not be able to set it to the right volume level, for example, if you raise the volume by one step, it will be too loud, and if you lower it, it will be hard to hear.
