The Location of the BCM

The BCM (Body Control Module) is typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side, behind the glovebox, or in the engine bay. Refer to your vehicle manual for the exact location.

What If the Problem Isn't the BCM?

If, after installation, you determine the fault is due to wiring, fuses, battery, or another vehicle system, you may return the replacement module within 14 days.

In such cases, you will be responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs to our UK address,
  • A non-refundable programming & handling fee,
  • Reimbursement of the outbound shipping cost we incurred to send the module to you.

No refund will be issued until the returned item is received and inspected.

Warranty

All replacement BCM modules come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, water ingress, or external electrical faults.
