Estate Sale Fresh: Fireplace Wood Holder or Magazine Rack

I assume this is a wood holder because when I purchased it is was sitting near the fireplace filled with split cherry wood (sorry folks, I kept the wood):).  I listed it as both a fireplace wood holder and a magazine rack because one could use it as a magazine rack should they so desire.  

This wood holder/ magazine rack is vintage and direct from an old farmhouse in Indiana.  All contents of the home were auctioned off over the weekend.  According to what I was told the couple that lived there passed away and the children and grandchildren live a great distance away, so they are going to put the farm up for sale once all of its contents have been cleared out.  I will be listing many other items from that sale, so be sure to add me to your favorites and check out my other listing.
