Arlington® FLBC4580MB IN BOX® Cover Kit (Brass)

Great looking and economical! The Arlington® IN BOX® Cover Kit is designed with ultra-thin stamped steel flanges for flush to the floor installation. Best of all, it is UL Listed and easy to install.  

This cover kit installs into concrete boxes to reduce tripping hazards. What’s more, it comes with a divider to allow power and low voltage in the same box. It fits most 4.5-inch non-metallic concrete boxes.
