Payment Shipping Returns FAQ Contact 

Payment should be completed within 7 days after buyer places the order,or else an unpaid case will be opened in order to cancel the transaction. If you can not pay in time, please contact us.  

CHECK from PayPal will only be processed once the payment clears. 
All of the items will be shipped to buyer's EBAY address,please confirm your address on Ebay before you buy.

Your order will be usually shipped out the same or next business days once the payment is made and cleared.

All items will be checked before packing. All items are new and of high quality. 
Item will be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

According to the shipping method you choose,
Shipment from US:
USPS/DHL ECOMMERCE，about 2-9 business days
Shipment from China:
Economy: Yanwen or UBI or 4PX Global Registered Parcel，about 12-30 business days

Standard: Yanwen or UBI or 4PX Ordinary dedicated line，about 10-15 business days

Standard international shipping: ARAMEX , about 9-16 business days

Expedited: UPS / FEDEX/ DHL，about 5-10 business days
If you need to specify the logistics method, please contact us in time.
 

Shipping fee include packing, warehouse, distribution, order handling and processing costs. We offer combined shipping discount on Shipping & Handling. Please note that some countries will have custom duty or tax for certain items. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all endued custom duty or tax. We are not responsible for any custom duty or tax since our price do not include this charge. 

 

Returns

All sales are final. 

30-day Warranty with Exchange for defective, malfunctioned, incorrect or parts-missing items. Please notify us and return the item with all parts and accessories packed and marked "FOR EXCHANGE" within 14 days of receipt. 

If defective, malfunctioned or parts-missing items are no longer available, a refund may be issued. 

All returning postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyers under all circumstances.

1.Will this fit my boat?
Please make sure you have read through the whole listing and paid attention to “note” and “notice”. If there is any uncertain, please send pictures or use the message to check us first.

2.How is the product quality?
Most of our products are original or made in Taiwan. All items are new and of high quality.
And all items will be checked before packing.

3.How much does delivery cost ?
You can check the delivery cost in the listing “Shipping and payments” section by selecting your country and entering your zip code. If it is not specified, please provide us your shipping address and zip code via message.

4.What do I do if I have not received my order?
Please simply contact us via messages, and then, we will get back to you as soon as possible with the update. Usually, we will follow up every shipment till customers get their order.
