Four very nice porcelain plates, by R S Tillowitz, Silesia. No pattern name, just a number - #TIL15. Handpainted on a white porcelain blank with mustard colored edge with gold scrolls and floral panels, and a floral decoration in the center. All four are in EXCELLENT, NEAR MINT CONDITION. There is no real evidence of use, as they are clean and without marks that would indicate previous use. Some manufacturing flaws are evident, as is common with porcelain products of this era.
