1940's Boy Scouts Of America Unused Medical Exam Sheet & What Should Each Scout.

This lot includes a Unused "Medical Examination By Registered Physician. Asks a lot of health questions, than the bottom part is the camp examination and camp-health history and camp health history and the back side says "Scout's Health History And Examination." It measures almost 11 inches long and 8 inches wide. Does have some creases and mild staining/discoloration due to age. 70+ years old. The second page is a list of what should each scout should bring. The left side of the page has a "bring this" section and in the middle is a Unused check list and to the right side of the page there is a "Maybe This" section and underneath it is a "What Not To Bring." Section. This is unused, has some light staining, and fading but in good condition for being 70+ years old! It measures almost 11 inches long and 8 inches wide. Very cool pieces of Boy Scouts Of America History from the 1940's, World War 2 Era! Don't let this one get away!
