The large binder which measures 13.90" x 3.40" x 12.15", has a water resistant shell outside and has 2" rings and holds more than 300 sheets of 8.5" x 11" paper inside.  The binder also has a large pocket with zipper on the outside, a 5-tab compartment inside for documents/papers, and a zippered compartment to hold pencils and the like.  There is also compartment with velcro flap for maybe a calculator.
