Watana Gold Mines Limited Company. - Limited company with capital of
700,000 francs. — Head office, 23, rue d’Anjou, Paris.

The purpose of this company is: 1° The continuation of mining work undertaken on the
concession of Watana, located in the kingdom of Siam; this concession comprising
one hundred and fifty-three square kilometers (sixty thousand square English measurements) having their
center around the Nang-Xing river, between Chao-Jai and Khao-Hatskon; 2°
obtaining all ancillary concessions, as well as the extension of the concession
current, both from the point of view of its duration and from the point of view of the extent of its
territory ; 3° the development of the Watana concession by means of its
exploitation, or the transfer of part of its previously demarcated territory, to all
capital companies to be formed to exploit the mining deposits there
contents; 4° the creation of the said companies and the participation of this company in the
constitution of their capital,
The social fund is set at 700,000 francs divided into 7,000 shares of 100 francs
each, of which 3,250 are attributed to Mr. Jacob, founder. The 3,750 shares
surplus are subscribed in cash.
The duration is set at 20 years.
The following are appointed administrators: MM. Henri Jacob, Henri Bonnaud, Van Brock, Albert
Del Porto, Achille Luc, Alexandre Legrand, Eugène Paz. 1 2
