Feel free to contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions! We carefully pack and ship your items after your purchase. Once shipped, your items should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Recycled packaging will be used when available.

Insurance up to $100 is automatically provided by USPS. We will cover the balance of the insurance, up to the total cost of your items. We are not responsible for shipping delays.  We have no control over your order once the carrier receives it.  Luckily, delays are infrequent! 

If there is an issue with the item received, please get in contact with us.  We love to help and offer no-hassle returns. Please see description and photos for item condition.  We work diligently to be transparent by providing detailed photographs.

Imperfections are common in vintage items. We work to describe and/or photograph items carefully so you know exactly what you are getting. The character of our vintage and antique items are often very enhanced by such imperfections. We say this so our buyers don't expect brand new, mass produced results from aged items and production processes. This is the charm and uniqueness that makes vintage items so special!

Photo props are not included in your purchase.

We pack items very carefully. If your item does end up damaged from the carrier, we will ask that you send us photographs of the damaged item and packaging to aid us in submitting a refund claim.
