This auction is for the Jim Shore Heartwood Creek figure titled For Somebunny Sweet.  It measures approximately 5" tall.  This item is new in an open box.  Please note that a corner of the styrofoam packaging is missing (see last photo).  I have many other Jim Shore figures available in my store if interested and I do combine shipping.  Thanks for looking!
