Slide the foot into the elasticated part of the support. Wrap the strap around the ankle in the classical figure of 8 section. Attach the Velcro fastener to the support adjusting the strap to the desired comfort. Avoid attaching the closures on the instep, as this can cause irritation when wearing shoes.
