- Pan Pozi Drive Hi-Plas Thread forming Screws feature a specialised thread forming trilobular thread, which is designed to tap its own thread into a plastic housing with pre-drilled pilot holes. They combine a unique TRILOBULAR® cross-sectional form with deep, wide, spaced threads.
- Recommended Pilot Holes: Refer to images and scroll thue to see a table with recommended pilot hole sizes for various PLASTIC thicknesses

- Will not crack or chip plastic if correct pilot hole drilled

- Material / Coating: Zinc Plated with a Wax coating. Zinc is the most common fastener of plating due to its the low cost and shinny bright silver finish. A thin layer of Zinc is applied by either electroplating or mechanically. It is intended to be used internally. The light wax coating is to reduce friction during installation
- Fastener length: is generally measured from the point where the surface of the material will be when the fastener is installed to the end of the fastener. Thus, fasteners with heads that sit above the surface are measured from under the head to the end of the fastener, while fasteners that sit flush with the surface are measured from the top of the head to the end of the fastener
