NOTES

1. If this machine can only be tightened but not welded, please check if you are using a strap that matches the spring installed inside the machine. This electric strapping machine is installed by default with a spring that fuses the PET strap. If you are using PP straps, please replace them first with another spring we have prepared for you.
2. In the first few times using the electric strapping machine, please test the welding time several times to achieve the best welding effect.
3. Properly adjust the welding time according to different temperatures. When the temperature is low in winter, the welding time can be appropriately increased.
4. According to the thickness of the tie, increase or decrease the welding time appropriately.
5. If there is strap residue on the cutting gear, please clean it up in time.
