SNAPP® screen Track is a patented (US 8,484,926) commercial level screening extrusion used to install insect screen into porches, patios, decks, and a wide range of other specialized screening applications. The SNAPP® screen Track is designed to be adaptable to a wide spectrum of situations and will work with almost any shape or size opening and can be installed to any base material or prefabricated frame. If there is enough room to mount the SNAPP® screen Track - you can screen the opening.

SNAPP® screen Track can be mounted:

• On the interior or exterior of an opening (facing outward or inward)
• Inside or around an opening
• At any depth within an opening
• With miter or butt corners

Basic installation instructions:

• Cut SNAPP® screen Track to size and mount in place. (SNAPP® screen Track is a zero-waste product … extrusions can be butted together)
• Fasten with screws or other appropriate hardware. Hardware is placed within 1" of each end and then no more than 12" apart thereafter.
• Install SNAPP® screen Polyester Screen Material (or any standard fabric screen materials) using SNAPP® screen Track spline and Spline Installation Tool.
• Complete installation instructions included.

Other Notes:

• SNAPP® screen Track is designed to be installed by the average person with common tools (The average DIY'er).
• SNAPP® screen Track can be easily cut using hand hack saw or with a power miter saw equipped with a blade suitable for cutting aluminum or PVC.
• SSNAPP® screen Track is incredibly easy to repair if your screen material ever develops holes or tears. All you’ll need to do is pull out the SNAPP® screen Track retainer spline and remove the screen material. Next, install new screen material and new screen retainer spline in the same frame.
• One of the greatest features of SNAPP® screen Track is that it is specifically designed to be butted together. Opening width or height doesn't matter with respect to stock extrusion size ... just cut the extrusion as needed and butt pieces together. SNAPP® screen Track is a zero waste product so every inch of product is usable.
• SNAPP® screen Track was specifically designed to be used with modern and super strong polyester screen materials. SNAPP® screen Track will accept all standard polyester and fiberglass screening materials, most sunshade materials, thin (.008 or less) PVC plastic or films, and other fabrics. Additionally, while standard .011g (or thinner) aluminum can be installed, it is not at all recommended ... Installation can be extremely difficult even if you are fully skilled in screen installation. Bronze, copper, stainless, etc are all too stiff and should be avoided completely.
