In a recent conversation with the CEO of STOLZ (December 19, 2024), he confirmed that the hardware is physically sound and delivers a significant improvement in braking performance. However, due to the high sensitivity of Tesla’s monitoring software, a warning light (yellow or orange) may occasionally appear on the dashboard. Please be assured that this is a software-related notification and does not indicate a mechanical fault. The brakes remain fully functional and safe. While many users may not see the light at all, those who prefer to avoid any dashboard alerts might consider upgrading only the front brakes for the time being. We are incredibly excited about the performance this product offers and are confident you’ll be impressed with the results."

We offer a 100% exchange for any cracks or leaks.
However, vibrations are considered normal wear and tear from use and can usually be fixed locally.
Please note that our brake kits are not intended for racing or track use, so any damage incurred under those circumstances would not be covered. This is standard practice for all manufacturers worldwide.

1. Exchanges
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you'd like to exchange your product due to a discrepancy from the description or for any other reason, please contact us within 30 days to receive a return authorization number. Please note that we are unable to process exchanges after 30 days.

- Please let us know how you would like to pay for the replacement item's shipping; we can provide an invoice
2. Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a return authorization number. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable
- The item must be in the same condition as it was received
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns
- Please include a note in the return package describing the reason for the return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
3. Damaged Shipment
If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us right away. We will handle the FedEx claim for you. Once FedEx approves the claim, we will promptly ship a replacement or issue a full refund. To avoid delaying the process, please do not file a claim with FedEx yourself. Instead, please take multiple photos of the damaged package from various angles.
4. Incorrect Item Received
