This is a vintage 1921-1929 Gillette Safety Razor in the original blue box. The razor has an open comb, curved head, 3 stabilizer pins and the guard attaches to the handle, The set is gold/plated-/gold tone and has a razor box with an original unused razor in the box.  The razor number is #2428 in the original blue envelope and interior wax envelope. The handle is in very good condition and shows no corrosion. The handle has a removeable knob on the bottom but there is no barrel inside. There are no serial numbers on the razor so it is most likely from 1928-1928.
