This is a Silver coloured cased pendant keyring made from a SIXPENCE coin. The earliest is from 1947, latest from 1967.
There are three variations, as shown. George VI - 1947 & 1948. George VI - 1949 to 1951. Elizabeth II - 1953 to 1967.
The George VI coins have 2 different Royal Cyphers. Queen Elizabeth coins have all the home nation's emblems of Rose, Thistle, Shamrock & Leek.
All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail.
They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The keyring is Chromed Steel with a diameter of 25 mm.
The pendant case is Silver plated with a fluted edge and plain back. The diameter is 28 mm, height 36 mm.
The photos are for display purposes only so may not show your chosen year. An ideal gift for birthday or anniversary.
