Outdoor only, Juniperus chinensis Itoigawa Shimpaku iliterati Style Bonsai.

Grown from a cutting, it has both Shari and Jin features. It was fully wire trained and now stands approximately 14” tall, from the bottom of the pot to the trees top.

It’s planted in a vintage Japanese Unglazed round pot, measuring 5 3/4” in diameter and is 2” from the bottom of its feet to pots lip. It was repotted 2023 and shows great vigor.

I have personally tended this tree from its beginnings, as a cutting from its parent tree. As with all bonsai, the training never stops. This tree has training wires in place. All training wires have been removed. The tree has had summer trimming and the Shari at the base was also extended.
