cancel it once the item is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Although rare, carrier shipping delays/lost packages do occur at

issues. If you experience a shipping delay/lost package, please contact
us and we will be happy to assist you. We will exhaust all options to
locate your package and if it is determined to be lost by the carrier, we will
issue a full refund (per ebay policy).
We do not offer exchanges. We follow eBay's policy when it
comes to addressing returns/refunds.
Upon receipt of a returned item and verification that the item
is the same one that was sent, AND is in the same condition, a refund will then
be issued.
An item that is returned opened, damaged, or in ANY other
condition other than how it was received, WILL be subject to a refund reduction
