This is a vintage Cerwin Vega black center speaker, model HT-SMC. It is 8 Ohms, and comes as shown in the photos. We connected it to our system, and it sounds like a typical Cerwin Vega. It has a couple small marks from use and storage, and is sold as-is, as described and as shown in the photos.
