It’s approximately 19” tall and has areas of paint loss and chips.  **More paint will likely flake off during shipment**  The base has splits and the feet look to have been re-attached.   It is somewhat loose on the stand, and leans backwards.  I have two others from the same Estate, check my other auctions.  Please consult the shipping calculator for shipping costs, Thanks
