A beautiful and natural Australian semi-black opal with an unusual soft palette of 'baby hues' in pink, blue, lavender and whisper gold. This is a lovely natural Opal doublet with ironstone on the back (host rock). The entire length is just over one full inch by 11mm wide and 4mm thick.
The opal is approximately 2.85carats and sparkles with an ethereal effervescence that you don't see too often in natural opals.
The overall look is almost lavender but don't hold her to it and she'll shift her color and fire around at every turn. An active and alive stone, you'll love how this beauty performs and you'll gently reach up to touch it while it's on your neck as it has an endearing presence about it as well.
The bail is cleverly infused into the overall design with a twisted ribbon and hidden heart with the wink of a white diamond. The heart is not obvious but tucked in tenderly like a love note within the structure.
