- A card must be placed on file before your order can ship.
- Core amount for each injector is $50 / $300 core charge for the full set.
- Cores must be received in good condition to receive full core credit. This means the injectors must be in rebuildable condition, without any signs of disassembly/tampering, damaged or broken solenoids or connectors, or missing parts. If there is damage present, partial credit will be received determined by the extent of the damage.
- The core is the unit that is being replaced with our remanufactured item.
- Please return injectors in protective packaging along with any plastic caps that were on the remanufactured injectors to avoid unnecessary damage upon return.
- Cores can be returned prior to purchase to avoid paying a core charge.
- Cores need to be returned within 30 days of receiving ours to receive full credit. Any cores received within 90 days will receive 75% of the total core charge.
- Customer is responsible for core return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any missing/damaged packages.
- Core refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting cores.

30 DAY RETURN PERIOD
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the item/s have not been installed.
- Returns can not be honored if the item/s have been installed.
- To start a return, please contact us and provide your original invoice number and reason for your return.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the original sale amount upon refund.

WARRANTY POLICIES
Peak Fuel Injection LLC (“Peak Fuel Injection”) warrants to the Original Purchaser of the Peak Fuel Injection product (herein called the “Unit”) that said Unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. During this one year period, Peak Fuel Injection will repair or replace any defective part returned to Peak Fuel Injection and determined to be defective due to faulty material or workmanship.
Peak Fuel Injection is in no way liable for any incurred damages, injuries or expenses whatsoever to any person or property resulting from the installation or use of our products, which shall include, but not limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
The term “Original Purchaser” as used herein means that person, firm, association, or corporation for whom the Unit was originally purchased. Warranty is valid only for the Original Purchaser and is non-transferrable.
This warranty does not apply to any Unit or part thereof that has been subjected to misuse, neglect, alteration, or damage to the exterior finish, operated contrary to standard manufacturer guidelines, or repaired or altered by anyone other than Peak Fuel Injection in any way so as to, in Peak Fuel Injection’s sole judgement, affect its quality or proper operation. Issues that arise as a result of improper installation, use of contaminated/alternative fuels, improper product selection or application will result in the warranty being void. This warranty does not cover the gaskets or misc. parts used in the installation of the Unit. This warranty is subject to the user’s normal maintenance and care of the Unit during the warranty period.
Removal or defacement of the original Serial Number or Part Number from and Unit shall be deemed to release Peak Fuel Injection from all obligations hereunder or any other obligations, express or implied.
Under no condition does this warranty give the Original Purchaser the right to replace the defective Unit with a complete Unit not purchased from Peak Fuel Injection.
The Unit claimed defective must be returned to Peak Fuel Injection for testing. This warranty cannot be honored if the Unit is not returned. If shipment of a replacement Unit is requested prior to the arrival to Peak Fuel Injection of the Unit claimed to be defective, the Original Purchaser will be charged for the replacement Unit, with credit being issued after the part has been received, inspected, tested, and determined by Peak Fuel Injection to be within this warranty
