1889-1893 23rd President U.S.A Benjamin Harrison Token RARE

I have seen these tokens described as plastic. I believe it is made out of 10 or some very light cheap metal and then plated. They were part of a series probably given out at gas stations or cereal boxes or something like that.See pictures
