The Perfect Storm by Sebastian Junger. Signed by the film's director the late Wolfgang Petersen. As the film staring George Clooney was being made, a fellow book dealer in California knew a movie grip working on the set. The dealer gave the grip two new first edition copies and asked if he would ask Wolfgang Petersen to sign them. To my knowledge, only two of these signed editions exist.
