FITMENT/ BUYER NEED:
We ask, and expect, buyer to verify their own fitment of whether the part fits their application/machine. We also expect buyer to verify their needs. Buyers often ask us if the part fits or will fit xyz machine. In the past, many buyers have misdiagnosed the year, make, model, or version of their own machine, only to be upset the part doesn't fit, when in fact, the buyer ordered the wrong part due to their own error. There are several websites in which you can look up OEM parts schematics or diagrams to obtain the proper part number you need. In some descriptions, we do list some of the fitment for some parts in the title. Regardless of what description or eBay listing title states, I do expect all buyers to verify fitment for exact year, make and model for themselves PRIOR to ordering.

GENERAL POLICIES:
Your satisfaction is our goal, and we work hard to make sure you have the right part at a fair price. We do our best to describe parts in as much detail as possible. If you need further information, please ask. All used parts listed are in good, working condition, unless otherwise noted, but may require some cleaning and/or polishing to restore their original luster. Please expect used parts to show normal wear and tear from usage according to mileage and year of manufacture. All used items are sold "as-is," without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
All new parts are brand new and unused. Some may have minor imperfections which will be noted in the listing. Items pictured in our listings are usually photos of the exact part, but may, on occasion, be stock, representative photos, and may not depict the exact part you will receive. In cases where a stock photo is used, you will receive the correct part/accessory regardless of the photograph.
You must verify fitment of all parts and apparel before agreeing to buy. Orange City Cycle is not responsible for incorrect fitment, even when we post guidelines for fitment on a particular listing. Any guidelines posted are for reference only, and are not intended to be definitive or exhaustive. You must do your own research prior to purchase, and, once received, you must visually inspect your item for defects prior to mounting, trying on, or removing tags and/or labels. If you install, mount or use an item despite an obvious flaw, we cannot be responsible for any consequences, and will be unable to process a return. You assume all liability for installing new or used parts. Orange City Cycle is not responsible for incorrect installation, and will not accept improperly installed items for return.
SHIPPING:
Orange City Cycle currently is able to ship items only to the United States, its territories, and Canada. We are unable to ship to Mexico, South America, the Carribean islands, Africa, the Middle East, the Soviet Republic, most of Europe and China. Currently eBay is restructuring the International Shipping and once the new Global shipping is in place, we will be able to expand our shipping destinations. You are responsible for all shipping charges to your location, including insurance, tracking, and packaging materials. These will all be reflected in your total shipping cost. We primarily use USPS (1st Class or Priority Mail), AND UPS. If you need an item quickly, please contact us before purchase.
HANDLING TIME:
Most items ship within 3-5 business days (our weekly hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST). If we are unable to ship your item(s) in a timely manner, we will contact you to let you know. Some larger items may take 2-3 business days longer to crate and box due to their size and availability of packing materials.
Please allow 2-10 business days to receive your item once it ships, depending on your proximity to our Central Florida location.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment via PayPal only. Please do not agree to buy if you are unable to pay via PayPal. Thank you. Please note: PayPal holds all E-checks for up to 10 business days before releasing funds. We are unable to ship your order until payment clears. Payment for your order must be received within 7 business days of your commitment to buy. In the case where this does not occur, Orange City Cycle will begin an Unpaid Item Claim in eBay's Resolution Center. Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to all orders shipped or billed to a Florida address. All motorcycle frames will be charged a 6.5% sales tax, regardless of your location.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
NOT ALL ITEMS FOR SALE ARE RETURNABLE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE ITEM.

If/when you agree to buy an item, it will be assumed that you have read through all our policies and are agreeing to abide by all our policies. If you find a policy that you are unable to accept, please do not agree to buy.
Used parts are sold "as-is," and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Electronic parts, new or used, are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless we've made an error, such as shipping you the wrong item (i.e. you ordered a wheel, but received a fender). Bike frames are never eligible for return or exchange.
Defective new items or any item that we shipped to you in error (i.e., you ordered a rectifier, but received a stator) may only be exchanged for the exact same and/or correct product, and are not eligible for refund.
We allow up to 7 business days from the day you receive your order to contact us about returning or exchanging any item(s).
Please do not ship any item(s) back to Orange City Cycle without receiving an R.A. number first. You must call us at, and speak with a customer service representative to receive an R.A. number.
You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, including shipping costs and tracking via a well-known carrier. You are liable for loss and title until the returned package is received by Orange City Cycle. You must clearly and conspicuously mark the outside of every returned package with your R.A. number. You must include a note with the package with the R.A. number and a brief description of the reason for return.
You must ship the returned package to us within 7 days of receipt of R.A. number. You must provide a tracking number via email (please see our policy page in our store for our email address) for all returned packages. Please include your R.A. number in this email.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES CONTINUED:
You must return all item(s) in the exact same condition in which you received them, uninstalled, unused, and undamaged, including all original tags, protective films, stickers, nuts, bolts, parts, pieces, accessories, manufacturer documentation, instructions, warranty cards, registration, user manual(s), etc, in the original packaging, including the original, intact cardboard or plastic box in which the item was shipped, plus all manufacturer's packing materials, in good condition, without any mutilation, damage or significant markings to the packaging, especially the external labelling, which must be intact and readable, including all manufacturer part numbers, UPC codes, etc. or labels. Items and packaging must be in resalable condition.
Any return that does not meet every requirement outlined above cannot be processed for return/exchange. If this occurs, we will contact you in a timely manner to advise you of this status. Any return that cannot be processed for return/exchange will be shipped back to you at your expense; Orange City Cycle will not be responsible for shipping costs, nor will we be responsible for any claims of loss or damage. We will ship the item(s) back to you via whichever method you choose. An invoice outlining shipping expenses will be emailed to you. Once payment is received (must be within 7 business days), we will ship your item back to you.
Failure to adhere to these policies means that any and all obligations implied or provided to you via the R.A. number will become null and void; exchanges will not be honored and returns will not be credited to your account.
Items returned due to your choice or an error on your part, and that meet all criteria above and are accepted for refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If we've erred, we will do everything within our power to make it right. Please ask for assistance; we want to help! If/when you agree to buy an item, it will be assumed that you have read through all our policies and are agreeing to abide by all our policies. If you find a policy that you are unable to accept, please do not agree to buy.
WARRANTY:
No warranties are implied, expressed or provided by Orange City Cycle. Most new items carry a manufacturer's warranty; you must contact the manufacturer directly regarding warranty claims.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
We are available Tuesday through Friday, 9am - 6pm, EST. Our eBay store may be open 24 hours a day we are only operating during Tuesday thru Friday 9-6pm. We are only able to process orders, answer inquiries and ship items on those days, during those times; please be patient if we are unable to respond to you until these days and times.
