RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
All returns approved & received are subject to the below Return Terms & Conditions:
- Return request – Any return request to be placed, should be within 30 days of receiving the item. Any request placed after will not be approved.
- Return Condition - Item must be returned in exact condition as it was shipped including its original packaging and original accessories.
- Return subject to Denial – Returns will be inspected thoroughly and may be denied or sent back, if:

- Water damage, Physical damage (before or in-transit) – heavily uséd and/or with scratches and dents.
- Missing parts/accessories
- Misuséd/abused item – Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number with the one in our records.
- Personal Information not removed on mobile phones & tablets including:
- iCloud account/Apple ID
- Google account
- Samsung account
- Tampered items - Any items or item parts found tampered with will not be refunded and sent back.
- Subject to Restocking fee - All returns/réfuséd packages are subject to a 20%- 50% restocking fee after inspection. You will be notified of the fees upon inspecting the return. Exceptions may be granted ONLY for confirmed irremediable defective items/parts.
- Subject to Shipping costs - Original shipping & handling charges paid by us will be deducted. (We still need to pay for shipping even when a free shipping is offered.)
- Return lost in-transit – We are not responsible for returned packages if lost or damaged by the carrier. We will not be able to issue a refund for any item that is lost in transit.
- Exchanges – Exchanges can be requested, but the seller reserves the discretion to approve the exchange.
- Refund Timeframe – 2-4 working days.
- Refund Payment method – Refund will be made ONLY to the original payment method uséd for the purchase.

HANDLING TIME & ORDER PROCESSING
- Order processing time – It takes up-to 1 business day to process your order.
- Orders are processed and shipped only during weekdays (not on weekends and/or govt. holidays)
- Orders will only be shipped to the verified eBay and PayPal address. We cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Free Shipping – We offer free shipping through USPS First Class Package which usually takes 2-3 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on the location.
- Paid Shipping – We offer paid shipping services from USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Overnight.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide except the following countries – Africa, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan Republic, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Antigua and Barbuda, Anguilla, Guadeloupe, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia,
- Customs:
- Charges – Custom laws and charges vary from country to country. Buyers are requested to check with their country’s customs. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying. These charges are not included in the item price or postage cost.
- Timeframes – Delivery timeframes vary greatly depending on the destination country. These timeframe can range from 7 business days to 4-6 weeks depending on customs’ timeframes.
- Carriers – We offer three international paid shipping services from UPS, FedEx.
- International Orders’ Support – Please note:
- As a seller, we have no control over the delivery procedures, custom timeframes. So, once the package leaves the United States, we only have the tracking updates from the shipping service chosen to rely on.
- Declaration - We understand customs fees are high, but we DO NOT declare Low Value or Gift. It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
- Lost/Delay in-transit/Réfuséd Packages -
- The seller is not responsible for any lost in-transit or delayed in-transit packages. Such packages will not be refunded unless are redirected back to us, subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping fees will not be refunded for réfuséd, undelivered packages & packages not collected/picked up.
- For orders being shipped to temporary stay addresses - such as hotels & Airbnbs’ - we are not liable for failure to receive items in cases of late delivery, or lost packages.
