An interesting Edwardian antique fashion petticoat, dating to the early 1900s. White cotton, A line trumpet shape, longer in the back with pleated hem frill. The skirt fastens at the side with hooks and snaps, and has two openings at the front that fastens with ties, i'm guessing this is a maternity piece ? The openings look like they were alterations made after the petticoat was made, possibly to accommodate a pregnancy ?
