Return Policy

Shed Windows and More has a 30 day return policy. All returns must still be in NEW condition, un-used, un-installed, and not altered in any way. Please return all parts(screws, bolts, etc)missing parts will be subtracted from your refund. Any items being returned in used or installed condition will not be accepted and no refund given, unless authorized by Shed Windows and More in advance.

Damage Policy

If your item arrives damage, please contact us. Please supply a photo of the damage product via email. All damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery, so please open your package and inspect as soon as it is delivered.

Once we review the photo depending on the damages we will refund without return, replace item, or offer discount. Depending on photo we will either send you a return label to return item or instruct you to dispose of the item.

How to Combine Shipping

For combined shipping on eBay, please place all items in your Shopping Cart. Do not use the Buy It Now Button

Once all items are in your cart, on the Shopping cart Page, your items will be listed with a box drawn around them. In the top right hand corner of that box is a button called "Request total from seller".

Click on that button!

What will happen is eBay will send us an email to combine shipping, once the shipping is adjusted, eBay will send you an email that the invoice is ready for mayment.

If you purchase without requesting combined shipping, please do not request shipping refund. Since eBay takes part of the shipping cost as their commission as well as the item's cost.
