***Part Fitment***

Please do not purchase parts based on pictures alone! Lots of parts look very similar to each other but they are different sizes which you can NOT perceive from a photo!

To check to see if a part will fit your machine, then please send us the VIN number for Arctic Cat ATVs and Snowmobiles. The exact numeric model number for Ariens/Gravely/Simplicity lawn mowers (example 915216) and serial number. Year and model for Spartan lawn mowers (example 2018 RZHD 54” Kawasaki 35hp). Or you can always look up your own parts on the diagrams on our website by clicking on the “OEM Parts Finder” tab on our home page.

 

Cancelling Orders

If you do purchase an item by mistake, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel the order before it ships, not after it ships. If your order has already shipped then you will have to do a return once you get the part.

 

Shipping

We typically ship out within 1-2 business days, but it can take up to 3 days depending on volume of orders during peak times.

 

If you would like a faster shipping service such as next day or 2-day air please email us your address so we can get you a quote.

 

We are not liable for delays that are out of our control, such as weather, delays caused by an issue with the carrier, natural disasters, or other unstoppable events. 

 

We are not responsible for buyer mistakes! Please read the listing before buying and double check your address before submitting your order.

 

If you have a P.O. Box, please make sure to include your physical address in the notes portion before submitting your order. This will ensure that your order is not delayed due to an issue with your address.

 

USPS Ground Advantage mail is the slowest service that the post office offers and most (not all) of our small items that are under $75 in price are shipped this way. I know eBay likes to throw around the word “guaranteed” delivery date, but USPS Ground Advantage mail is never and has never been guaranteed. It can take anywhere from 2-10 days and during peak times (like Christmas) it can take even longer. Please if you need it faster either select the upgraded shipping on the checkout screen (scroll down to the bottom of the screen or the drop-down box on mobile) or ask us for a quote on faster shipping if the listing doesn’t show it during the check out screen.

 

Combined Ordering

Please add all items to the "eBay cart" before checking out, this will ensure your items ship together. If you do not do this, we can not guarantee they will be shipped together.

Returns

Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after the item is received, unless the specific listing states otherwise. These listing exceptions will be marked in the description portion of the listing above in bold red lettering.

-No returns on used items, including helmets. Wearing a helmet for 1-2 trips then trying to return it is unacceptable and your return will be rejected if you try to do this.

-No returns on hats, beanies, and facemasks for hygienic purposes.

 -Clearance items are final sale, no returns. (Exchanges are accepted on clothing clearance items only see "clearance items" for more information).

-No Returns on large/heavy items such as ATV/Snowmobile bumpers, angle bars, tire racks, tires, hoods, windshields, etc. So please read the listing and ask any questions before buying.

-Items must be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached.

-Any items that are opened or missing packaging (if the item is in a bag with a hangtag or special packaging), missing parts out of the kit (such as screws/nuts/etc.), contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original new condition will be charged a restock fee.

-Please package all items with care. If the item is received broken or damaged, due to lack of packing, no refund will be given.

-We do NOT pay for return shipping. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

-We strongly recommend using a traceable means of shipment for your returned items as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

-Original shipping charges are non-refundable (when applicable).

 

Clearance Items

No returns on clearance items, ALL SALES FINAL. Clearance items will be marked "Clearance" in the description in bold red lettering. We lose money on every one of these listings especially with the eBay/PayPal fees and the free shipping so we cannot afford to accept returns on these items.

The only exception to this would be clearance clothing that can be EXCHANGED ONLY within 14 business days of receiving the item for another item. You will be responsible for return shipping. You must call us or email us to exchange these items. No clearance exchanges will be done through eBay.

International Shipping

Ebay has changed the way international shipping is done. We now ship to a location inside the USA that is run by Ebay. Then Ebay will re-package the item and ship it internationally, because of this we can not combine orders. Also please note you will see the item delivered in the US first and then you will get the international tracking information after that.
