Up for sale here is this set of 3 used vintage Fast PIO (paper-in-oil) capacitors, from the late 1940s or 1950s and Made in USA. Two are marked .1 uf 600v, and one is marked .1 uf 400v.  They test around .11-.12 uf, with low leakage, so they should be fine at full voltage.  The wire coming out of the bottom is one connection point, and the metal body of the capacitor is the other connection.  Please see my pictures for details and test results.
