SPECIAL NOTE: I believe this watch was originally purchased as a gift for woman's husband to celebrate a special occasion. More specifically a couples 45th wedding anniversary. As you can see on the back of the case she had engraved the words 

"LOVE FOREVER" "45 YEARS"

Pulsar Chronograph. This highly functional men's timepiece is designed with a stainless steel case and bracelet with push button release clasp. Its chronograph features include a 1 second stopwatch that measures elapsed time up to 60 minutes, 24-hour indicator and three subdials, including a date calendar.

Its silver band is made of a strong stainless-steel which makes for a slick but bold appearance.
