NOTE: We are based in Texas, but depending on product availability orders may ship from our distributors in other states.

We allow returns of unopened products within 14 days of the delivery date for a money-back refund. Refunds exclude original shipping costs and return postage is at the customers expense. Returns must be unused, brand new condition, and in its original sealed packaging. Clearance and used items are excluded. Returned items that have been installed, missing components, or missing original packaging will be refused or have up to a 30% restocking fee.

Please message us for a Return Authorization Number before sending anything back to avoid processing delays.
