The 175mm Stainless Steel Frothy Milk Thermometer incorporates blue, yellow, green and red zones enabling fast and easy temperature reading of your milk. It assists in making the perfect Barista style coffee including Latte and Cappuccino etc. The milk thermometer has an ice test and a boil test marker at 0°C and 100°C, the purpose of which is to prove that the unit is working by checking the pointer moves across the scale
