Antique Pair EAPG Fluted Wine Glasses Wine Goblets stemware Glass Water Goblet Tableware Collectible Shabby Chic Victorian Era

This lovely pair of antique stemware pieces are a perfect addition to your Victorian themed table setting or wedding. The glass is robust enough for masculine hands, but the floral or 6-petal pattern is decisively feminine.

The process of the time for making these pieces was to blow glass into a preformed mold ......so each piece has unique characteristics, air bubbles, uneven seams, slight dimensional variations, embossing imperfections and some sharp edges. However, all these personality flaws just make 160 years of glass all the more wonderful!! Early American Pressed Glass (EAPG); produced between 1850 and 1917 - glows a wonderful, bright yellow-green color when exposed to black light, so you can be sure this is true to the era.

They measure approximately 5-1/2" tall, 2-3/4" overall diameter and 6-ounce capacity. True to the era, the glasses have a weigh of 1lb. Except for very minor scuffing from usage, they are in wonderful antique condition - there are no chips, nicks, fleabite, blemishes or hairline fractures.

Whether for the new collector or the connoisseur, these beautiful glasses will be a lovely addition to your EAPG or antique stemware collection!!
