We do not impose a character limit on any personalisation, therefore longer text may be slightly smaller sized than the examples shown in the listing, but we will always aim to make the text size as large as possible.
🎁 Processing and Delivery Time 🎁
Unless otherwise stated, all orders have a processing time of 1-3 working days. Once your mug has been made, it will then be dispatched using Royal Mail 48HR Tracked service. The estimated delivery time for this service is 2-3 working days from date of posting (this estimate is provided by Royal Mail - it is not guaranteed).
If you require your order earlier than the estimated times, you have the option to upgrade your order for a small additional fee. This 'bumps' your order to the top of the processing pile and it will then be sent using 1st class service. If you need your order in a rush, please select the Express Delivery option to ensure your order is processed and posted as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for any postal delays which are beyond our control.
