The Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China (SPP; 中华人民共和国最高人民检察院) is the highest national agency responsible for legal prosecution and prosecutorial investigation in the People's Republic of China.  I believe that Zhong Guo Jian Cha was/is a senior prosecutor with the SPP.

Whoever he/she was, an interesting communist Chinese artefact.

The plaque is 230mm high, 155mm wide and 22mm deep. The Case is 270mm high, 200mm wide and 50mm deep
