PROPERTIES The car body protection agent based on synthetic resin. It forms a flexible coating that perfectly protects against stone chips and mechanical damage. It is used to protect door sills, bumpers, spoilers and other car body parts. The product has a very high abrasion resistance (resistance against stone impacts). It can be covered with all lacquer systems. METHOD OF USE Thoroughly clean and degrease and then dry the areas to be coated. Cover adhering surfaces with paper. Shake the container well for about 3 minutes before use. When painting, keep the container at a 15-20 cm distance from the coated surface. After use, invert the container and spray until the valve is empty. SURFACE metal - prime, sand, blow and degrease with "BOLL Silicone remover" and then apply the next coat. non-ferrous metals (zinc, aluminium, copper, etc. ) - prime, sand down, blow and degrease with "BOLL Silicone remover" and then apply the next coat. reactive primer - apply another coat when dry. epoxy primer - can be used to isolate materials. After sanding with P320, blow, degrease with "BOLL silicone remover" and then apply another coat. two-component acrylic primer - apply varnish or control powder. After sanding P240-P320, blow, degrease with "BOLL silicone remover" and then apply another coat. polyester putties - sand P20-P320, blow and degrease with "BOLL Silicone remover", then apply another coat. APPLICATION Thoroughly clean and mat the surface Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface For corroded surfaces, we suggest using BOLL rust neutralizer or BOLL anticorrosive paint Mix thoroughly Apply 2 to 3 coats from a distance of 15-20 cm Evaporation time between coats: 5 ÷ 10 minutes Recommended coating thickness approximately 1mm The surface can be painted after approx. 3 hours. For water-based paints - after approx. 24 hours After use, invert the container and spray until the valve is empty INFORMATION Do not spray toward engine, transmission, brake parts or exhaust system.
