This exposure unit is mainly
used for exposure screens,and it is suitable for exposing different
size screen frames within outsize 11.8* 15.7 inch.There are 4pc 12W
LED tubes,the exposing area is 11.8"* 15.7".Adopt countdown timer to set
the exposing time,the timer will automatically save and memory your
set data. |

Different brands of photosensitive adhesive need different exposure
time,the operator needs to use the photosensitive adhesive before the
machine exposure experiment to determine the best exposure time. |

Function Introduction: |
| |
| 1. This machine
built-in four LED special UV print lamp tube,each power 12W,normal use
of more than 50,000 hours. 2. Effective
printing area of 30*40cm.
3. Adopt the simple and convenient countdown
timer to set the printing time. When the exposure time reaches,the
machine shuts off the lamp tube automatically.
4. Timer with automatic memory function,set
once,no matter the switch host times,timing is permanently saved |

Methods of Using The Timer: |
| |
 |
1.Before using, please press
the "C" button to reset,the display shows 00:00 00 and it is flashing
state.
2.Pressing the "hour"
and "minute" and "second" button separately to set the countdown of
the electrify time, the display shows "ON"
3.Pressing the
"start/pause"button to start the countdown.
At first press the "C" button to remove
the original set ;Then press "minute" set to"5"; press "seconds" set
to "30"; Then press the "start/pause" to start the countdown, lamp
open;After five minute 30 seconds countdown,plate burning machine
tube closed.
This setting do not need to change, it
is automatically saved.
when the machine starts again,the countdown
is still 5 minutes and 30 seconds.

Returns & Exchanges

must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must
be in new, unused condition, with all original materials
