EASY TO STORE AND CLEAN

You can wipe the round rustic napkin rings and clean with a damp cloth or rinse them with water and let them dry naturally. No need for soap.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• The wicker napkin rings could be brushed to wash and dry outside. But it could not be under the blazing sun for quite a long time or rainout washout, otherwise, the water hyacinth products will become fragile.
• Do not place it in damp and dark for a long time, in case of going moldy and damaged by worms. And if there is a mold, just scrub it off and dry.
• There may be burn trace on the surface due to baking sterilization fire polish, don't worry about the usage.
• The rattan napkin rings will become softer and more natural after frequent use. Besides that, the color will also become darker and shinier after a long time of use.

SHIPPING 

Shipping Time:

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving payment and you should expect to receive it 5~7 days after dispatch.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you buy the item.

Shipping Damage:

Our shipping department makes every effort to ensure that your products arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, damage can occur during transit from our facility to your location.

Should your products be damaged during transit then you have 2 options:  

• Accept delivery of the products, or
• Refuse the damaged products.

RETURN 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase, the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returning product to reach us may vary.
