I’m happy to accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Due to the nature of my products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the cellophane packaging has been opened or the seal sticker has been broken, for hygiene reasons. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned without fault, the original shipping costs from the UK will be deducted from the final refund. Please contact me for return instructions and the return address before sending any item back. Unapproved or forced returns will not be accepted.

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders are the responsibility of the buyer, except where stated otherwise. For orders shipped via DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service, all tariff and duty costs are fully covered by me, so you won’t be charged anything on delivery. Please note that I’m unable to mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value on shipments.
