For Sale is a New Mid Mount Alternator Bracket for a 1973 and newer Big Block Chevy running an aftermarket Electric Waterpump. It requires the use of a long water pump crank pulley. This Kit mounts the alternator below the mounting hole on the head rather than above it for a cleaner look, getting it down and out of the way.

The bracket is machined from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum plate. It has a brushed satin finish.

Fits all standard size GM (1965-1985) or aftermarket 1-wire alternators.

Our kit includes all Stainless Steel Mounting Hardware:

Note 1: The mounting flanges on Aftermarket Electric Water Pumps are typically 3/8" or 1/2" thick depending on the brand. Our kit is supplied with spacers to fit either size Electric Pump flange. This will ensure proper belt alignment of your Bracket Installation.

Note 2: This kit is for 1973 and newer heads: They have a 3/8" threaded hole in the head where the alternator mounts. If you have a 7/16" threaded hole, you have 1968-1972 heads. Please look in our eBay store for the correct kit for those years.
