Shampoo with Plarmia Enriched Shampoo for best results.

Available in 2 formulas: F Treatment for fine to medium hair and M Treatment for coarse hair.

Directions
Expert Tip: After shampooing, squeeze out excess moisture, apply from mid-length to ends and massage in for 30 seconds until hair feels soft and smooth. Then rinse thoroughly.
