Britney Swivel Tilt Caster Arm Chair

I can’t believe the terrible service you have. As of today Aug 30th 2021 We have not received our chairs I was told two different dates that it would be delivered. It did not come and then they said they didn’t know where it is. . It was in N.Y. The it was in OH. then in IN. The back in PERRYSBURG OH. My son went to pick it up and they didn’t know Where it was. I’m sorry but I think that is lousy business.. you will not get a penny till I see the chair. It would be nice if you could spell our last name right. BRUSS

EXCELLENT QUALITY

The chairs we ordered (4 in all) are of excellent quality. Very sturdy, easy rolling, heavy duty steel, and what looks like very durable material. The seat cushion is a little thick, OK for me but my wife complains because her feet don't touch the ground (she has decided to save one of our old chairs for her seat at the table). The thick seat also makes the sitting position noticeably high. The seat cushion is a little short on thigh support, but it's not uncomfortable (for me). Overall, we are satisfied with the quality of these chairs.

Shortage of parts

I am missing a total of 5 fasteners. One chair had only 3 one chair was missing entire bag if 4 fasteners and hex wrench. I have written twice without a response back . Please advise. I need my screws not to be screwed.

Disappointed. Had purchased 2 of these chairs 2 years ago and 1 needed replaced( the seat underneath cracked) Was pleased to find it again to replace the one. However, when we put it together the arms of the chair ( which were already assembled by the mfr) fell off when we went to pick it up. The wood pieces on the arm were split where they tightened the screws too tight. We had to use the wood pieces from the first chair to replace them. Disappointed that a $300 chair is not made well.

Very well built!

4 chairs arrived today, ten days later than expected, but very much worth the wait. They were easy to assemble, very comfortable and very well built. We like them so much we just ordered 2 more.

Quality Chairs

Customer service sent me a swatch of the fabric material to review. Based on their advice, I ordered one chair to conform I was completely satisfied with the chair. Then I ordered the three remaining chairs. I was completely satisfied with the 4 chars received whic are replacing my old dinette chairs

Poor quality control

Quality Control is very poor. None of the arms match in length and many of the screw heads are sharp. Trying to work with this company is proving to be very difficult. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They couldn't even find a copy of my order after I texted them photos of invoices.

Comfortable and Good quality

With my table, the arms hit against the edge and so it will not store rolled right up under the table and the pretty arms get dinged up but it is a very nice chair.

We are delighted with our replacement Breuer chair seats. The hardwood frame in Honey Walnut is a close match to the original wood on the chair backs. Pre-drilling holes deeper made the installation in the dense hardwood easier. Happy to have good looking, comfortable seating again!

These chairs are super comfortable and if you like to have a little fun they are great for chair races too. Well constructed and beautifully upholstered. My best friend liked mine so she ordered a set of 4 for herself.

These chairs are sturdy, very appealing to look and have a sturdy backrest which keeps you from slumping. The tilt, swivel and easily move over carpet or wood floors. I like the height of the seat from the floor. Very comfortable. The assembly was fairly easy accept a little difficult to put the wheels on. I am glad I bought these chairs.

Comfortable, sturdy, and good looking chairs.

Stately and sturdy addition to our breakfast room. Lots of padding and extremely comfortable. We are short and the extra padding lifts us to the right table height. We were blown away by the quality.

Chairs arrived in perfect condition and were easy to assemble. Great match with the table and the color goes well with counters. The chairs are comfortable and roll easily on area rug. Very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.

Easy to put together

My family really loves these chairs, they were so easy to bit together did not take long! The seats r a little hard and full of padden so that makes them a little hard. Me on the other hand can't set in them i am short my feet wont touch floor and its to small for my big butt hurts the side of my legs no one fault but mine and with my bad back i am the one who really wanted them so be wareif you weigh high 200. Beautiful chairs!!!

Caster Chairs

The chairs look good. Assembly is not difficult. Seating position is a bit high, so it's difficult to keep them stationary, especially for those with short legs. The seat cushions are very firm. Back support is very good. Since we've had them only three days, durability is not yet known.

The chairs are very pretty and seem to be well made and sturdy. They roll very smoothly on the floor. The cushions are a little hard but they should soften up once they are sat on for a while.

it's perfect for our kitchen

The chairs are nice & firm & provide support in all the right places. The back helps you maintain a good upright position in comfort. The castor's are smooth. The chairs are what we hoped for when ordering. The chairs arrived in five days.

Very happy with my chairs so far.

Chairs were simple to assemble and appear to be good quality. They would be 5-star except on one chair, the metal behind the backrest appears to have poor paint work (see photo). Cushions are very firm. They fit nicely for our purposes.

Loved the fabric and trim. Not too wide, so fits great with our small kitchen table. Exactly what I was looking for.

Very nice looking and comfortable. Was able to match it up with my existing table. I have porcelain floors so the chairs do slide across the floor.

Love the chairs. They are just the right height and firmness. We went shopping for them in local furniture stores first. One of the managers recommended caster chair company because his supplier for the caster chairs is no longer in business. He commented that he could sell many if he could get them.

I bought these chairs to use with my existing kitchen table which has almond steel legs. These chairs are of the highest quality and go so beautifully with the table they look like a set! The seat cushions are initially firm but soften through use. Extremely easy to assemble, only four bolts and the casters push easily into place. I recommend this product.

Loved the chairs! Very easy to assemble, a little hard to loosen the tilt knob. The seats are firm but very comfortable. We thought we were purchasing black metal though and that was a misrepresentation. The black undercoating of the metal has been covered with a gold rub to give it the popular bronze tone which is very pretty .....if your table legs these chairs are next to are not black! Not happy about that, but the chair itself is nice and I would recommend it if looking for a bronze finish.
